How to Deal with Stress

Nowadays, living in the cities people has more stress.  

In my opinion, we should deal with stress in the good way.

First, we should know what stresses us most. Let our feelings out. Write them down and describe each situation. Share all the bad feelings with friends. Before we can conquer our stresses, we must know what is stressing us.

Secondly, focus on our own goals. We must know ourselves, our dreams, and our passions. We can decide what to do now, what to do later, and what to leave off doing forever.

Thirdly, learn to relax. Although we must work all daywhen we came back home, remember to play. For example, read a good book, watch TV, listen to the music, get plenty of rest, take a hot bath, and develop a new hobby. Maintain a close circle of friends and socialize often. Do not isolate ourselves from others. We’d better keep in touch with our families and friends.

Fourthly, stay active. Exercise is a great way to release tension. A healthy body makes a happy life. Even a three minute’s jog is helpful at taking our mind off your pressures. We’ll come back with an acute focus and renewed energy.

Finally, we’d better eat healthy. Eat less junk food and eat more fruit and vegetables for an amazing overall of lowering stress levels. We can actually lower the amount of the bad stress hormone.

Recognizing and dealing with stress is an important aspect of living a healthy are productive life.
